1. Who to contact

2. The company site

There is no account. The contact form opens your email app and addresses the message to us. We receive it only if you send it.

If you write to us, we use your name, email address, and message to reply and to handle the enquiry. We do not use that message for advertising.

3. eTools

PDFs, images, and anything you type stay on your device. They are not uploaded. There is no account, and you keep the files you create.

Finishing a tool sends the tool name and a random id, stored in local storage on your device, so the site can count use. The contents of a file are not sent. Opening a page is not counted as a use.

The English text-recognition file is loaded from etools.ganvya.com the first time that tool is used. The document itself is not sent.

4. What is stored on the device

A theme choice can be saved in local storage so the next visit matches. Details are on the cookies page. These sites do not use advertising cookies, and they do not sell personal information.

5. How long a message is kept

We keep an email for as long as we need it to handle the enquiry and any project that follows, and for as long as accounting or legal duties require after that. Usage counts on eTools are stored as aggregate counts with the random id. They are not a profile of the files you used.

6. Your requests

You may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete a message we are not required to keep. Write to ganvyatech@gmail.com. We may need enough detail to find the message.

7. Children

The sites are not directed at children, and we do not ask for an account. Do not send us personal information about a child.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top will change. The terms and the licensing page cover use of the sites. This policy covers personal information.
